At Bask and Lather Co, we are committed to your hair and skin health journey; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on eligible products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the products in their original containers and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
